Need more continuity of technicians servicing a home. There is always a new person who does not know the history of my home. They are nice and seem knowledgeable, but have no working knowledge of past issues.

my technician james is amazing - he has extensive knowledge of bugs and is like a bug detective but he also respects his prey and gives me solutions that allow me to just keep them out of my house without harming them which is important to me since bugs are an important part of the ecosystem
