I really appreciated that each technician took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They also took into consideration that we have a dog and assured us that anything they were spraying was pet friendly and if they ever had to apply a chemical that was not pet friendly, they would inform us of that plan well in advance.
Our pest control technician was also very considerate of the fact that my wife and I both work from home and only addressed the rooms that our office's are located in when we were not on calls.
