On the first visit to our home for quarterly service, our brand new Arrow exterminator noted a leak / flood in our basement. She immediately began assisting me in moving items sitting in water and was truly helpful in not only providing our first service, but also, in being an 'extra hand' in the time of an emergency. She is professional, friendly and not merely a 'rush and out' irrespective of client's concerns or needs, person. What a unique pleasure to meet an invidual who understands customer service. Five stars ... for sure!

James Johnston is the best!! He’s the reason why we continue to use Arrow. He goes above and beyond, always!! And he’s so kind to my daughter who loves watching him work. For years he has come and connects with our family as he takes care of our home. She now sees Arrow trucks on the road and asks if it’s James!?!

This past visit we had so many joro spiders which James relocated from the home to exterior bushes. James is the best!!! We look forward to him coming every time!

Very courteous and professional team. Sonya and Samir have been amazing! I have a infestation that has pushed me to my limit but the team has been very supportive. And on top of everything I got a hand written "Thank you for your business" from Sonya! I know this should not be this spectacular but this type of service is rare! Thank you Arrow for keeping your standards high!
