I feel the pedophilia safety is a mandatory session that should be included in every annual section meeting. I called my Colorado section & national to voice my opinion. It's a must.

I like the thoroughness of the program, how it linked to what other sports have been doing. The app gives options on how to customize your program to your style. All in all a great program, maybe the best one the PGA has ever put out.

I liked the message that the training focused on. I see far too often parents pushing their kids at a young age in ALL sports which leads to burn-out and dis-interest. From my own experience as a kid, the sports that I stayed active in were the ones that my parents didn't push me in. The model the ADM preaches is paramount to how I feel that children should be developed in a much more organized manner. This message needs to be shared with parents!

ADM seems like the correct approach to use with people of all ages and abilities. Traditional methods of teaching/coaching don’t seem to address the obvious need for fun and age appropriate training.
