Coach Testimonials
The ADM model has been successful for many years with hockey. I have first had experience with that. This is an important step in the right direction.
I like the simplicity of the model and its sequential approach to development/instruction.
Great program and gave me a lot of things I use in my lesson with juniors.
I think the ADM model for junior golf is some of the best stuff I have ever seen, it is engaging, fun, and really enhances multiple skill areas. I would love to see every PGA professional implement this
Good information in an orderly presentation. Adequate testing, but not overwhelming.
I liked the lower class size and the fact it is held at the academy.
Knowing that the specificity of the ADM program has had its infrastructure in place for quite some time. This is a great way for the younger athlete to try as many different activities as they can which ultimately allows them to use a wide variety of muscles. Once they’re ready for specialization the more successful they’ll be due to the number of different muscles being used.
It’s s great comprehensive teaching tool.
Very useful format once passing all the tests
Provides proper balance of junior golf development. A focus to move away from specaiization and develop the complete athlete while keep the learning process FUN. Great tool for PGA professionals working with junior golfers.
It’s easy to use . Love it
Well worth the effort. Glad to have gone through it. Thank you.
As a golf instructor this level of information gives us a much better chance at developing youth that other sports have excelled at for decades.
The PGA.Coach is an amazing program and I am very happy to have the help and support from the PGA to make a successful program. In the past, I have thought the PGA is great for networking and having that professional status but not alot of help from the PGA. This year since Suzy Whaley has started as the President, I can really feel the support and the programs created has really helped grow my business and in turn grow the game for everyone.
Great variety of drills and games to keep kids engaged and learning
It is a great tool to teach golf and have a system in place.
It gives golf professionals a platform on which to base lesson plans for different age groups. Concrete support to the parents of why we teach the way we do for different age groups.
The in depth explanation and the testing.
I really enjoyed the progressive create Athletes first then golfers. I believe fundamental movement skills are essential for kids even if they don’t end up playing Golf.
There was a lot of good information that opened my eyes on how to teach the juniors during camps. Tried quite a few of the drills and the kids really like them.
It helped me understand better ways to relate to various age levels for teaching golf.
Helps to make sure approaches to coaching juniors are age appropriate.
Online learning great materials
I love the relaxed structure of doing different activities for kids at a young age. Not having them completely focused on golf is great! I’m really looking forward to implementing it at my children’s elementary school.
Best,

Very informative. Thanks.
I am also a USA hockey certified coach, and very aware of the program since it is very similar. It provides great assistance and gets you more involved
Awareness
Love the simplicity of the program and how it is explained. Very well done and very clear for implementation.
I used with my juniors and they got much more out of the golf clinics we conducted all summer. They way more fun than just hitting golf balls.

Provides some excellent guidelines and promotional concerns that keep PGA teachers/coaches aware of all the details.
