ADM provides a clear and concise message to communicate with stakeholders in the game. I reference training from ADM weekly, if not daily, during communications with parents and golfers at my facility. I strongly recommend that all PGA Professionals complete the ADM training.

It gives you great feedback on how to structure activities and clinics keeping in mind the health of the kids long run. It also keeps it fun. We used this process in our sports weeks this summer and the kids really enjoyed it as well as the instructors.
