The gentleman that runs our program does a fantastic job. He’s totally in it for the kids. Clear creek Bristol va, Casey Barnes.
PGA jr league has been a great experience for my son. He has done it for 3 summers. It is such an amazing opportunity for kids to learn and grow in the game of golf!
Excellant!
Really great format. The best way for kids to grow a love for the game and also make friends.
The two kid scramble format with no parents involved. Really makes golf a team sport which I think makes it really enjoyable for a kid.
We love having a junior league to play on every season! 10/10 for the Dickson, TN league.
First name removed loves playing golf, so he loves the practices and the games. His coaches are great too so it’s all much fun!
Very organized and helpful for the kids
We love that our son gets to play golf throughout the summer. Practices are reasonable time wise and meets are fun!
It’s a good league to make friends with golfers from the tristate area.
The kids learned SO much about the game, course etiquette, patience, etc. They had a blast and want a fall option.
It’s a fun way to compete on a team without the individual pressure. We enjoy it and have made a lot of friends.
Richland did a great job with it
Good instruction for the kids
1. Watching our kids have fun and learn
2. The great coach at Valley Brook in Hixson, TN
3. Watching the young players learn the game, sportsmanship and etiquette.
It was great overall experience
Great way for youth to learn golf and team play.
I like the practices and matches. Also, I like that my kids get the opportunity to play different golf courses.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the PGA junior league. Everything was incredibly organized and engaging. Our son had a blast and improved his game! We can’t wait for the spring season.
The opportunity, coaches, location, experience for my son and encouragement
It is a great way for kids to learn teamwork while learning the game of golf!
My daughter First name removed is a tough customer. Especially when it comes to golf. But the PGA Junior League led by Chris and Ethan really helped change that. She loves the team format and competing with her friends. Thank you to everyone involved looking forward to another season next year.
I love that my daughter is receiving instruction and learning to play against others in a match setting. She's gaining valuable knowledge of pace of play and how to behave on the golf course in a fun and low stress environment. She's also able to watch other players and adjust her own mechanics by paying attention to how others around her are playing.
Great experience to learn how to play as a team on the course
the instruction and group events
Overall, just introducing the game to kids. I would have liked to see a little more instruction for the kids who have never played. But overall, it is a great program!
Coaches and program
Fun for kids to learn and be part of a team.
This was a great first experience for our family. It was well organized, the schedule was clear, and once we got all our family members on the app, schedule changes were easy. We played through TN Golf Foundation (First Tee). We are not members of a country club. It was wonderful to have access to golf and our player played some great courses!
