Consumer Testimonials
We enjoy this well organized, friendly league.
Our son really enjoyed the PGA Jr League experience - golfing with friends, competing and having fun!
The variety of coaches and the organized format
Honestly, we had so much fun! The coaches did an incredible job keeping things both educational and exciting for the kids. The coaching was excellent, and seeing all the kids have such a blast was definitely the best part.
It was great exposure to the game of golf, navigating the rules and working as a team.
It is organized and structured to meet the needs of the participants.
They offer play options for any skill and comfort level of any junior.
My kid loved it!
It was a great experience for my son. He got some good instruction and made some great new friends. The opportunity to have matches at different courses was a great exposure for him and he learned some good sportsmanship along with golf skills.
So far my son very happy to play other players and different course .. I can see my son have a more improve every season..thank you team
It’s a great learning atmosphere, the kids are challenged, but also have teammates to prop them up. There are about 100 good life lessons in each match! I think it is just an awesome setting for kids to learn, compete, and have fun!
Gaining experience playing with the team
It goes most of the summer, is outside, my kids learn gold and have fun
The whole setup provided by Bandon Dunes and Coos Golf Club. From the communication m, to the coaching, to the kindness, to the quality of competition, fun had by kids, love of the game instilled. Scott Milhouser and crew have put together a top notch PGA Jr. offering. Single best value off any sport we do.
Great introduction to competitive golf
It is a really fun, positive way to learn competitive golf! It takes some of the pressure off and makes it fun while learning golf etiquette and rules in a competitive team environment!
It’s only twice a week, the coaches are there to help every level of golfer and the club is very willing to work with families.
I think it’s a really great format and I also think it’s a way to make kids view golf as a team sport instead of just a individual sport - if it weren’t for PGA Junior league, I don’t think either of my kids would be golfing - and instead both of them are really enjoying golf
The kids get to learn the game and play with new person each week. It’s a great introduction to the game at an early age. Wish I had done this when I was a kid
The team atmosphere was great. The coaching was incredible. Coach Chris was amazing with the kids and really helped build their confidence and developed their technique. succeed as a team by improving partner communication. All opposing teams were welcoming and great. All around great program. 10/10.
This is a great way to give young players the opportunity to experience tournament style play in a non-high-stakes manner. There is great coaching and great opportunity for the young players to learn the game and develop a love and appreciation for it at their own pace.
Kids learn team work, communication skills, play golf with kids from different schools. Stronger players learn to mentor, teach, and coach and leading from the front.
It’s a great for kids to get outside and learn to golf.
The league helps my son apply the golf and life lessons learned during class in a tournament setting. It is also a great step towards more tournament play (and additional preparation for tryouts for his high school golf team).
We had a great experience with the junior league. My kids both developed an enjoyment, and love for golf. We are looking forward to next year!
Thanks!
My child could try something new. Price was very reasonable. Time and duration of program was perfect. Lunch peovised and shirts and hats were also nice!
The program is very well run and all of the coaches are amazing. We love participating!
Great coaches
It was a great experience and the team format was a lot of fun

We loved the ability to see other local courses, play in a competitive yet fun environment, and learn more about the rules, pace of play, etiquette, etc. The practice and playing built a large level of confidence in my son. We would highly recommend it to other interested families.
