Great introduction to the game
It gives kids a chance to play with other kids and as part of a team. Our experience was very positive and our daughter was more motivated to play as part of a team. It was a great fun and good camaraderie.
Regarding instructors: Teach the kids at their level. Kind and informative. Cheerful and enjoy the sport.
The events are so much fun for the kids - there is little pressure, and all get to have some fun, team golf. This is the best way to play golf.

This was my 8 year old sons first year of Jr golf. He has been waiting for years to play and absolutely loved it. Jr golf nights were a highlight in our family of 4 looked forward too. We loved being able to be out on the course with him as a family. From being out with our youngest now our oldest is hooked. Coach Tyler and assistant coaches at OGA woodburn have been amazing. You can tell they care about the kids and their development in golf. Currently we’re playing fall Jr golf and kids won’t stop asking/talking about their next golf night. Looking forward to next spring and the future with PGA Jr. League.
We love the team atmosphere. My son's coach, Jason Aichele is amazing and First name removed has learned so much from him.
Collaboration with other players for my kid. Disappointing that sometimes teammates don’t show, so your kid has to play solo. Parents need to understand the commitment.
We always promote the jr PGA. I excellent experience for the kids.
My kids have learned so much about golf! I like that they get the group lessons, and then also application time out on the course. We also enjoy the family events, especially the Family Cup.

My son and family really enjoyed our time with PGA Jr. League this past summer and plan to play again next summer! The only thing I really wish was better about golf in general, is that it wasn't so expensive. As a single parent it can be tough to have your child play all the time with the costs being so high (at least for any place or equipment that's good). I know it's tough on both sides and I think you guys do a good job of keeping it reasonable. Thanks for a fun summer!
