Great way to teach kids the skills in a fun and engaging way
It was great that it went from April to August so our kids had many months of practice and got to golf in all kinds of weather! Once a week was doable with our busy schedule.
PGA Jr. League makes golf fun and easy for kids to get into. Turning golf into a team sport is such a cool idea because it brings friends together and adds a whole new layer of strategy. Learning about sportsmanship and golf etiquette is always a win, and the coaches are awesome at helping kids improve and love the game even more.
Wonderful instructors, fun games, and building knowledge on the course. My kids look forward to it every summer!
It was a great experience! Coach Jackson at Tumwater Valley was amazing: my kids learned real golf techniques in an encouraging atmosphere. Coach achieved an great balance of competition and camaraderie. We also enjoyed all of the 36 video tutorials. Overall, stellar experience and we do recommend it to everyone we know with kids.

The scramble format was fun for the kids, encouraged strategy and teamwork. Playing a variety of courses with tees set specifically for juniors really helped my boys develop their golf skills. It was also a good chance to learn and practice golf etiquette on the course.
My son enjoys the coaches and players as well as the game. It’s an awesome opportunity for our children to learn a sport they may not have access to elsewhere.
I think it’s great to get the kids to try golf. What a great experience for them to learn a skill and how to overcome adversity with grace.
I like that the kids Play in teams. Most of the adults are encouraging.

Great program and introduction to golf for my boys. It has instilled a pice of gold in my older son, he now plays on his high school team! The instructors at MVCC are amazing, they make learning golf fun, engaging and competitive. We'll be back and tell anyone who is interested.l to try PGA Jr

My son loves the community of players, the jerseys, and the fun we have as a family in a relaxed environment. We love cheering all the kids on when they play, regardless of their level. Our son is learning to love the game of golf and not take himself too seriously all the time.
