PGA Jr league is a fun way to provide young kids exposure to the course management while having fun. Keep on doing the great work. The Jr PGA cost should be reduced a little to encourage more young kids to play golf that ultimately will end up playing competitive golf in their life.

Pga Junior League has been amazing for our child and made his love of the golf game continue to grow. This was our last year for Junior League, I wish you had something for 14 year olds. Team golf is alot of fun. This year was a little disappointing as we had very few matches, some due to rain outs, but then not rescheduled, so I don’t think we got the full experience compared to some other local PGA teams. Sadly this was the last year that my grandson could participate in the league as he as outaged it.
It was a great experience for him and he learned a lot about how to golf. In this day most kids spend their time in front of computers with video games and just to get him outside doing something fun and at the same time learning is great.
We liked having two alternative practice days at Elyria. Many kids had other sports. I loved the format for the tournaments. Thank you all for putting the program together

Format keeps kids from getting too down on themselves after bad shot(s) and the team scoring gives players of all levels a chance to make big shots.

Loved the fact that the kids worked together and were independent of the adults. I was a wonderful experience to see the kids problem solving and working together without them being told what to do all the time.

It allows for young golfers to learn from older ones while enabling mentorship and leadership to flourish. The atmosphere helps beginners build confidence for a lifetime of the enjoyment of golf!
A great experience for my son. He started golf earlier this summer, and we have found this league to be very beneficial to actual course play, increased learning around course etiquette, club selection and team work. What I have been most impressed with is how supportive all the players are of each other regardless of skill level. It has also been great to have a "coach" with the team along the way giving them small tips during the game. This league has only increased my sons interest in continuing golf.
Great lessons in golf and golf etiquette. We have met great people and did get to experience good competition.
