Great experience for my 7 yr old. Only thing I hope for is more teams so kids play in pairs more often. When playing in threesome and foursomes, they were lucky to get through 4 or 5 holes in 2 hours.

It’s a great way to expose kids to golf without the stress of competing by themselves. I love the team environment. Our kids learned so much about golf etiquette, pre shot routines, putting setup, etc. from watching and learning from the older players on their team. They didn’t want to look out of place and are now very comfortable on the course.
It’s child friendly where kids can build upon their skills and confidence. The atmosphere is great and coaches are amazing with the kids.

Great coaching and competition. The kids learn the intricacies of the game. They also meet new friends, which is so much fun!
My child loves "team" play, so the format (two-person scramble) suits her well. Also, where she is still learning the game, the "team" environment provides her with support when needed and also her the chance to support others when needed. The scramble also removes some of the pressure of competition, and frustration that can be experienced by golfers (at any level, let alone beginners). Finally, the opportunity to play courses at other clubs in our area is a great way to expose the kids to all of the opportunities we have for great golf in NW Ohio. My child can point to the fact that she's played Inverness, a world class and renown golf course several times, and Highland Meadows which hosts professional female tournaments. Not to mention Sylvania CC where Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer once played a match.
Really enjoyed watching the kids work together and play the game. Great environment and very encouraging.

The opportunity for young golfers to experience professional level courses and the instruction given to help them improve their game. The PGA Jr League has been a blessing for our son and we are grateful for the experience and level of competition.

The PGA Jr program at Millcreek is a tremendous opportunity and experience for junior golfers. The coaches are skilled, passionate and thoughtful. Players are encouraged to work together as a team and support each other throughout each game.
