Consumer Testimonials
We really enjoyed it and will definitely return next year!
We need something for the fall season other than what is offered now
It is fun for my boys. The environment is one in which my kids thrive.
Its important to me that the league is racially diverse. In that manner every kid gets to feel like the belong and that they are not an anomaly
The kids learning the game.
We liked the team atmosphere, helped my daughter have more fun.
Team approach, instruction and competirion
The league was very organized, fun and a great environment for kids to learn to play golf.
The program was well structured for the kids to learn and experience golf. It was enough to give them a taste to know whether they would enjoy playing all of the time or not.
I like the competitive yet friendly atmosphere. The interaction with the kids and watching them progress as golfers and people. My son was on a First Tee team and it was a great experience.
Great learning experience for young golfers
Tee position and scramble format. As a first year player, I was concerned with the length of the course and possibly feeling defeated by playing against experienced players. The forward tee position and scramble format helped to even the playing field and took some pressure off to help with learning and developing young players.
Kids.enjoyed it and was a relaxed atmosphere.
The professional instruction and the competitive structure, allows kids to improve their games and learn good sportsmanship.
I love the younger division when my daughter played. She is now in the 17 and under age group and I truly was disappointed. She had 2 matches the whole season and nothing to play for. I understand that this is a new division but I feel like the ball was dropped moving to the older division.
An opportunity to expose my sons to a gentlemen's sport at an early age.
My child's experience on the League has motivated him to become a better golfer and encouraged him to join his school golf team through the youth he met on our local PGA Jr. League team.
interaction between players and teams, instilling proper sportsmanship and etiquette.
Great way for kids to get involved with the game of golf and be part of a team doing it.
love the Scramble Format and 3 Hole Flags!
Gives my kids a platform to learn and play in a very professional and competitive environment.
Getting a younger children involved in the sport. I would only recommend two different age groups to play against one another. Our local group had 8 year olds playing against 14 & 15 year olds which made my 8 year old very frustrated given he was unable to keep up with drives and scores. Offering two different age groups keeps the younger group of children still interested. It’s hard for a 8 year old to stay interested in the sport when he is constantly competing against older stronger boys.
Gives the children a chance to really play the game with instruction.
Just wish it went on longer than 13 years old.
The format of 2 person 9 hole, match play scramble.
I like all of the teaching that goes on for etiquette of golf and how to play the course
Great learning experience for kids while having fun.
Coaches are great! Program teaches the game, but also respect for one another.
The positive atmosphere was awesome.
Mostly the opportunity to play very nice courses in a team structured environment.
Great learning experience for the kids. Excellent exposure to what it would be like to play in a match.
Competitive yet fun.

The exposure to golf and all of its elements, team play, individual effort and challenged to improve. The opportunity to travel to other golf courses and network with other golfers in the same range of experience.
