Consumer Testimonials
The PGA pro, Steve Brown, at Allendale Country Club in Dartmouth, MA was absolutely amazing with the kids who signed up for this local league team. He was so patient and supportive of all the kids. He was a good instructor providing tips as applicable and giving a good positive atmosphere. He really made the experience outstanding for the team. He should be acknowledged for his effort to support the sport of golf with a new generation and making it a good experience for the kids. The club / course also did so much supporting the league and allowing the kids to play on a beautiful course. All my son talks about now is wanting to play golf and buy new clubs/equipment all the time. Thank you.
great play and organization
Very organized, loved it would sign up again
It is a great program for kids that teach all facets of the game!
Great coach, great opportunity for the kids
Coaching was unbelievable!!!! Ryan at Wenham country club is head and shoulders above the rest.
That children from all walks of life have a chance to learn about golf.
The coach was fantastic and we love the format. Really great way for a young person to enjoy golf and teamwork! Thank you!!! Wish there was a fall league!
Great program!
It’s awesome for the kids
It gives kids of all levels of play a chance to learn and play an amazing sport
inclusion of all
Low pressure format and the teams where an inexperienced player could play with an experienced player
It gets the kids outside and away from the electronics. Its a great sport to get interested in. The kids love it and have fun. Its well run.
Such a great experience for my two boys. They had so much fun and learned a lot.
Team scramble format minimizes the impact of bad shoots on the kids love for competition and creates genuine shared excitement after good shoots... especially compared to other junior "go it alone" match play or stroke play formats. Is a great way to create enthusiasm for the competitive game for new developing golfers.
Lots of fun and competitive for the kids.
You get to play at other courses play other kids your age.
It was a great opportunity for new golfers to get exposure to the game of golf.
My son had a great time playing and now he’s addicted to the sport. Even after the season ended, he went daily to Sagamore Golf Course to improve on his skills and now has made the Varsity high school team as a freshmen. If he didn’t join the league, this would never have happened for him. We are thrilled that he played and are already looking forward to next year.
The coaches and all the patience they had with all the players
Both of my boys learned so much about golf, but also etiquette and teamwork...they loved every minute!!
The coaches.
The coach was wonderful!
Nice way for young golfers to get out and play
My 13 year old son has been participating in this program for 4 years. He absolutely loves it. It helps to improve his golf skills, gets him playing more, he can play with kids his age, and he gets to play a variety of courses he normally would not get to play.
One thing I noticed this year was that the number of courses was much more limited this year than in past years. Playing different courses was definately a highlight of the playing in a league. He will definitely sign up next year but I hope the courses he plays on will change.
The coach!! Steve Brown is the best! And the format (teamwork)!
The kids get to play against other kids and clubs. it is organized and gets kids out. I wish however it went longer and more clubs were involved.
Great opportunity to actually play the game. Liked focus on etiquette and rule of play.

Great group of kids, easy for new golfers to join in. Kids have to work together as a team.
