I like that the kids have an opportunity to play a lot of different golf courses and compete against their counterparts. Also, the one-on-one instruction from the pro is really great.
The organization
My son loved getting out and golfing with his friends throughout the summer. He learned a lot, improved his game and had a great time.

It gets the kids involved and most importantly, engaged.
The fact that the kids play best ball in the matches. It makes the game far more paletteable for kids who are just starting to learn the game.
I love how the kids work together in teams, it's an awesome way for them to learn the game together.

The PGA Jr League program at Winchester Country Club was an awesome experience.
The enthusiasm and love for the game was generated through the great coaching of head pro Jim Salinetti and his team.
My daughter learned to drive the ball farther, chip, put, and demonstrated etiquette associated with the game.
It was a wonderful start to the season and a nice group of future golfers.
Looking forward to next year!
I’m the dad. My son, who has been “around “ golf his whole life (14years). He’s been out for 9 a dozen or so times. Taken some “lessons”. He decided in spring that he wanted to play in high school. His experience with his captain, James Cook has put him in a position to compete for one of the 2 spots available on Varsity team. I only wish I knew about this 5 years ago. There would be no competition.
Thank you James and the PGA.
Great way for kids to experience competition and to learn the rules of golf.
Such a great way to immerse the kids into playing. They get to see various courses and learn the true game and etiquette.
The league is great because it’s low key but has proper instruction. Kids have fun in a mildly competitive environment.
Great format and excellent head pro at Wenham Country Club. The kids enjoyed the experience and that is what keeps them loving the sport.
