Loved getting the kids out on the course. Overall, great job.
I think the older kids should be paired up with other kids in their skill level. The youngest of the group should all be together and possibly on different holes as they are the newest to the game and take the most time.
Maybe let the parents know that they should be moving it along too. Drop a ball if they can't find it quickly or try not to teach them everything, just holds up everyone else. Just a couple of thoughts!

Our two boys received comprehensive instruction in a relaxed fun atmosphere. The instructor were able to present the information in a manner that was consumable for our 10 and 8 year olds. Competition was serious but fun - great way to get our children in the game.
It was well-run and the coaches were great. The shirts, hat, etc. were awesome and the club was very accommodating about letting parents take carts to use to watch their child's match. I just wish the season lasted longer than one month. But overall, a well run organization that my son really enjoyed for his first year in it!

Kids got to play a lot of golf and had so many opportunities to learn and improve in a welcoming environment.
Great instructors
Mike Decker and his staff at McGregor Links did a great job this season. The kids had a lot of fun, and learned a lot in the process.
It is such a great program to get the kids on the course and not have to worry about their own shot every time. The scramble aspect allows them to have fun with others and not forced to play tough shots.
It taught my son the skills he needed to grow into a more confident and knowledgeable player. He learned so much terminology, which clubs needed for each aspect of golfing, etc.
It was a great opportunity to provide more golf instruction and golf play with other kids. Thank you!

The way the Coach introduced Golf Etiquette and respect for the other players up to removing their hats at the end of a match to shake hands.
Stressing simple drills that these young -and old- players can use to improve-The Coach has been very supportive of ALL of the Team Players-he is making it fun!

I like that our coach, Caleb Mosier, at Van Patten in Clifton Park, NY was super supportive of all the kids. Caleb made an effort to get to know the kids and the parents and to group the kids appropriately related to ability but also put friends together. Caleb was a huge supporter of girls golfing and understood that the girls being grouped together for matches was super important to them. The girls being with their friends was super important in learning to love golfing. Caleb was always sincere and offered support when needed and praise when deserved. Caleb knows the kids' abilities well and recognized and congratulated their improvements.
The kids coaches are great. They’ve learned a lot and really enjoy the program!
The staff does a great job with the kids. Very organized. Kids really like getting the merchandise like bags, tags etc. We just wish it was a couple weeks longer.
