Great introduction to golf!
Great instruction and atmosphere to learn.
My kids love the jr league golf program. It is very well organized. Has given them great experiences in playing golf with others their age. Because of the league, golf has become something we do as a family for fun every week.
My son is really enjoying the experience and the team format is great.
The PGA Jr. League was a fantastic experience for my family! I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to introduce their children to the game of golf. Our children came into the program with some golf experience behind them, but the opportunity for them to play in competitive (but friendly) matches was a game changer! We saw the pieces start to click into place and they really began to understand and appreciate the game thanks to the Jr. League!
The only reason I rated my likelihood for recommendation as a 9 instead of 10 is due to cost. Our family is able to make it work, but I would be hesitant to o around telling everyone and anyone that they should do it, knowing that it can be cost prohibitive for some families.
Great opportunity for youth to learn and grow competitively in the sport at a young age and in a structured format.
Great coaches. Lots of time and attention given to the kids
My son enjoys the opportunity to challenge himself against other players.
Most of all we liked the opportunity to play more golf. That's what kids need - more experience, so we were very happy to find this. We were switched to the advanced group a week or two in and that was really where the happiness was found. The original group just had way too many players. The advanced group gave my son a lot more interactions with the pros and the pace of play was much better. I do understand, though, the need for differentiated groups. I also learned this year about the other tournament opportunities through the jr pga. We were a bit too late by that time, so we plan on becoming more involved with that next year.
Anything that encourages young kids to golf is a good thing
The league was a great learning experience for my son’s first year learning golf. I wish we knew about the program sooner.
The overall experience was great.
Great coach, great group atmosphere
It’s supportive for the kids and gives opportunity to learn to compete at a young age.
Well organized.
Well organized and communication is great
Coach Matt was fantastic. Great got out on course and not just practice tee. Working with a team great.
Excellent coaches! Would like if groups were a little smaller.
Great organization teaching young adults the fundamentals of the game
First name removed' coach at Pine Have was wonderful. He made golf fun and did a great job teaching all different ages. The schedule is manageable. This program is an affordable introduction into this sport!
Kids love it! Organized.
Once a week, low key schedule
Great coaches
Fun experience
My kids do it at separate leagues because one is more relaxed and another is a little more competitive. Kids make friends with other kids similarly golf skilled, which gives more opportunity to golf with someone their age outside of jr league that maybe they didn't know was into golf.
My daughter had a lot more confidence in her day to day ever since she started playing golf. She has seen improvement week to week and that has translated into other areas of her life. When things seem difficult in middle school she knows they will improve week over week.
It’s a great away to get young players into the sport
Very easy to get into and fun format
It gives an opportunity to meet other golfers, playing time on the course and improve their golf.
The main coach was so easy to communicate with. He made the start up for my son easy and I feel like we are ready to do more next year.
I liked the program overall. Wish the kids got a little more 1:1 time so they could work on their swing.

Everything. Eddie was very friendly with the kids and yet professional. I think all the kids loved him. He had the patience you need to teach the kids and the passion to do it. My daughter was new to Golf and she liked being on the course just because of Eddie I would say. Great job on putting this program together and First name removed will definitely be going in again next summer.
