The opportunity to play golf in a competitive yet friendly and supportive settings against your peers.
Such a great program! Fun for the kids to play different courses in a more relaxing scramble format.
My son recently closed a chapter on playing baseball. He decided he wanted to focus solely on golf and really work on getting better. The Junior PGA league gave him great opportunities throughout the summer to do just that! This program gave him a weekly routine of practice play with teammates, actual practices and the chance to compete on area courses against other league teams. Thank you, we would love to stay involved!
Great communication and well organized events.
It’s a great place to get your kid started in the game of golf. They learn alongside with other kids their age and get to play in team events so there isn’t as much pressure like USKids Golf where you’re competing against your age group in stroke play events. I recommend for every parent wanting to get their kids started in the game.
Coaching staff was very helpful and patient with my son as he was just learning to play golf. Nice atmosphere and good learning environment.
It's a great program with very friendly people that build up the kids.
Great people. Son really enjoys it. Austin & team are good with kids.
It is a fun environment for kids golf. Our club does a nice job of seperating the different golf levels so that everyone gets what they want out of the PGA Jr. League membership.
For us, giving my son a chance to play in a competitive format was fun and motivating for him. And gave him a chance to put his clinic lessons and skills to use.
Family values, experience and practice at a life long game, friends, the family atmosphere is most important. I would like to see more tournaments like the drive, chip, putt ones.
Opportunity for young players to play against youth of the same age. Routinely , as team mates , they start to build a love for outdoors and the game.
First name removed has improved from a kid who was completely learning the game to a kid who makes adjustments to his swings mid round based on tips from the coaches at practice. Fantastic program.
I like the fact that they have changed the rules to allow teams to only come from 75 miles. That is a huge improvement and keeps teams from recruiting all over multiple states. I also like the fact that kids that are really not that great of a golfer have the ability to enjoy the sport with the format. I am excited to see my son go on to Nationals
Great tournaments, organization of events.
Teaches the kids how to play that they can take their entire life to master.
Good atmosphere to introduce kids to competitive golf. The instruction was OK.
The positive environment
Both kids love playing the game and competing against the other teams.
Give my son a great foundation for life.
Everything. Courtney Mahon and her team do a fabulous job.
Golfing
The Jr. PGA League has been an amazing experience, and much of that is thanks to Tom Aikmus. Tom was incredible with the golfers, displaying a combination of patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm. He made sure that every player, regardless of their skill level, felt included and encouraged. His ability to offer clear, informative guidance while keeping the atmosphere fun was truly amazing. Tom made a lasting impact, and I can’t recommend the Jr. PGA League enough for young athletes!
The 2v2 scrambles were a good way to improve competition experience, strategy and working with others.
The included practices were a great way to improve
A couple of opportunities
Practice class sizes were sometimes too big and the coaching became less due to splitting of time.

Great instruction and valuable coaching through difficult shots
It was great to have a team environment for my junior golfer.
It is organized and well put together. Learning happens in a fun and encouraging environment.
Marcus was great with the kids. This was my 15 yo first time golfing, aside from a few fun attempts. He learned a lot and Marcus was great at guiding him to improve his play
