Consumer Testimonials
I appreciate that the program promotes golf in a fun, organized, and competitive team format for youth who are new to the game. This is especially beneficial for those who may not have had access to courses and dedicated instructors for proper coaching to learn the game correctly.
I liked that they played captain’s choice, especially since it was my son’s first time playing competitively. It was good for the kids to have the opportunity to play different courses in the area. Communication and from the coaches was clear and timely. Instruction was great and my son really had a great time!

I enjoyed the opportunity it afforded my daughter to learn and play the game on several different courses including her home course. She was matched against players who were similarly aged and skilled. She had a ball and looks forward to playing again next year.
It's been a great experience for my son. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and have really helped him to improve his skills in the game. He enjoys getting to know other kids his age who play.
Schedule is consistent, low stress and meets kids at their level and provides support to help their skills. Supportive and constructive instruction
I like the kids working together. The communication skills it builds. I like they have to come to an agreement on something. I like that one kid can coach the other kid through the logistics of the match. All of the things not really "golf" related if what i love about this format.

Coach Richard from the Forest Park golf course is fantastic, his helping staff is also wonderful!
I like the change up. Golf is looked at as an individual sport. And to have this type of event for the kids brings that team environment into it. Seeing the kids interaction on the course is nice. The kids knowing they have a teammate to battle it out with lessens the stress level and brings the fun back. Which is why the kids play the game in the first place - it’s FUN.
I really like how coaches are involved personally during the practice session. They also watch the game, mostly home game, closely and take a note of the individuals. Then during the next practice session they try to give comments on those and make the individual practice and try to correct. It's a really good experience.
Kids had fun and got to play too
