Consumer Testimonials
Appreciate the excellent instruction from Troy Thoms at Macatawa, as well as the tournament format each Sunday.
The Championship tournament venue was abysmal, however. No spectator carts and ridiculous "buffet" of bad pizza (only). Another Redwater facility properly staffed and equipped should be considered going forward.
Get local kid together and play a good game and have fun. Hopefully you can keep as local kid and NOT a coach that hand pick a team from all over to make a super team for his self pride!!
Great program to introduce kids to golf. Playing golf as a team is fun for all ages.
My daughter liked the format, the teammates, and just getting out there and playing.
This program is wonderful for young golfers, I wish more public courses were involved, my son loves competing in the match play.
The opportunity for my kids to learn the fundamentals of golf.
We liked everything about it! Two of our kids participated and loved it!

I like the individual focus on skills and the coaching.
Team Concept
It was organized well.
The PGA Jr. League was the perfect way to introduce golf and all that goes with playing the game to our son. He had fun and learned a lot!
It’s fun!
We loved our coach and the overall experience! Our son looks forward to it each summer!!
Our twin girls were only 7 this year. Being they have been play for several year already, this venue gave them a chance to compete. They had a great time and are even more fired up to continue their golf journey.
Great coaches, comradery on the course and with their team, learn golfing rules as well as etiquette, and the ability for the kids to experience on course practice, team play and matches.
I’ve also noticed that the kids who play, whether they are boys or girls, have excellent manners, can communicate well with adults and know how to behave and dress appropriately. It’s a stark contrast from what is seen elsewhere.
Format, team aspect, fun focused
Coaching staff, multiple courses, coach communication, very organized.
Enjoyed all of it very much! Well run and our boys learned a ton!
My son leaned a lot and had a ton of fun!
The team aspect. Travel.
The coaches
The competition and the teaching aspect of the game is amazing. My daughter learned so much about etiquette and how to go out and play a round on her own.
