My son had a great time and enjoyed the format.
Yep. Things got a lot more professional when Todd took over. My kids play with another pga dad and I tell him how great Todd is, too.
A very good way to introduce the game of golf to kids!
The kids have fun with a little touch of competition. Coaches are great too. The kids also get a chance to play different courses from different teams. Building avtivity to help boost confidence among peers.
the opportunity for the kids to play in a league.
I like the format. The kids enjoyed playing the scramble format with kids of various ages
Our coach, Jeff Schmidt is SUPERB. He was so encouraging. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient in teaching the kids. He matched partners so well for our team and has made the entire experience so rewarding for our son. I hope to enroll my younger daughter in the coming years.
It provided our son with access to an encouraging coach, a positive team experience with like-minded players his age, and a way to pursue his interest in golf in a fun and encouraging environment.
It’s a great learning venue for kids
I like the format for Sunday matches. The kids learn to work together and strive to hit a good shot
Dustin Martin is fantastic with the golfers. Organized, positive and the children have learned a lot from him.
My son had a wonderful time. He enjoyed playing so many matches. There were not as many kids his age so he learned from the older ones, however, he played the same kids a lot and that got old. Thank you!
Great coach - great experience!!!
Our PGA Jr. League experience was fantastic. Coach Robert and Coach Dennis from Pine Meadow Golf Club in Mundelein, IL were amazing. They were patient and kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Particpants of all experience levels were included and encouraged. The Golf Club even encouraged parents and siblings to come along on the course to watch / cheer on our children. It was a great Jr. League season. :)
I like that the kids are actually on the course, more or less on their own, playing against other kids their own age. Great experience.
Good for Kids
I love the positive energy and getting the kids on the course.
kids playing the sport in a semi-competitive format
It was a great way for the kids to progress with their skills as well as have competition - but keeping it a very positive encouraging experience for them.
Appreciate the reasonable time commitment (one practice; one match).
I feel it's a good value. I like the set schedule and the experience for the kids
I do wish their was more actual instruction and correction during practices.
A chance for kids to learn the basics of golf in a relaxed environment..
collegial. teamwork. a chance for regional/national tournaments
I like that it’s available to such a young age group. The coaches were awesome. My daughter really enjoyed herself.
Great program for kids to get involved in organized competetive golf at a young age.
Arrowhead Country Club
The program helps my son work on his various skills and shows him how to be a team player.
my daughters 1st year and she really enjoyed it!
It's a way for kids to compete at golf without too much pressure

The fun competitive (but not overly competitive) team atmosphere that the structure of this program creates. It is a great intro into more individual competition but allows for kids to start competing earlier than they might otherwise.
