This is such a fun and encouraging way to get young kids interested in the game of golf. So often, golf is regarded as a sport for adults, retirees, etc. The PGA Jr. League has offered a wonderful way for our children (aged 6 and 8) to develop new skills, make new friends, and enjoy a sport that they likely would not have chosen otherwise.
Overall it was a great experience for my son at Charlie Yates Golf Course in Atlanta with Coach Blevins. He learned a lot and had a ton of fun. Also, we found that the shortened schedule of practices and games worked for us. Thanks!

The structure of the competition is great for meeting new kids interested in golf. The weekly matches also help the kids practice their skills immediately.
