Great program, great instructors.
Golf is a great sport for kids to not only get a workout but to learn the etiquette and how to treat one another.
Giving my child the opportunity to learn the game of golf an giving him the opportunity to be challenged. Giving him the opportunity to be a better golf an have fun at the same time. Not every young kid likes to play golf mine does.
Any kid at any level can participate. High staff to golfer ratio. Organized training sessions and match days. Focus is to have fun.
My son had never picked up a golf club, so we were a little nervous if the PGA Jr League would be the right fit. It was ABSOLUTELY the right fit. We saw all skill levels excelling in the League. He learned ball striking techniques, chipping, putting and golf etiquette, all while making friends and having fun playing the game of golf. He really enjoyed getting on the course and playing every week to test his newfound skills. Thank you!

The program is very well structured and is a tremendous opportunity for children to play beautiful courses and receive profesional instruction and motivates them to ve better golfers and people. The practices are run very well and keep the children moving thru different stations to keep them interested and motivated

It is a complete program. It helped that my daughter’s program had an amazing Pro and staff that got all kids involved and made to feel welcome.

I love the respect and responsibility that is part of the program. The attention given to the players on a personal level, in my opinion, make junior league the best youth sports organization. The fact that the kids finish not only with knowledge and skill to play the game but also with life skills important to daily interactions and life secure junior league as a definite each and every season. The coaches in the program are genuine decent human beings.
A great opportunity to introduce kids to the game! All ages, levels, abilities, welcome. Coach and parents calm and supportive, so opposite of other youth sports

Great opportunity for a child to develop the skills and knowledge of golf if they choose to continue playing after they age out. Great coaches and mentors also to give a child the confidence they need by offering many practices and games.
The coaching staff at Tashua made the PGA Jr. League a great experience and the opportunity for my child to play as a team.
Some of the host sites were a bit disorganized (lack of staff and direction for the kids, one site didn't have anyone to collect the score cards at the end as if the staff/golf pro just left)
It has also been hard to find other sites in CT with 17U teams so there were very few matches.
