Great opportunity to expose kids to competitive golf
The teamwork it builds up its the youth.
The Jr. League was very well run. It was my granddaughters first year of golf and she really enjoyed playing on a team. What a great way to get kids involved in a life time sport.
Our coach Rohan is great. Very well-run, professional yet fun and good value for the money.
There is very good instruction from the coaches, it’s well organized and my daughter has had so much fun in the four years she’s been in it. There is measurable improvement each year she has played
It is a team format so they are playing together and fun for the kids.
Coaches do an awesome job with the kids both teaching and getting them excited to golf
It was a great experience for a young golfer. We would recommend a different system
For playoffs as the age brackets are a bit disjointed.
The tournaments, the coaches, and the affordability!!
Opportunity for players to grow and fellowship
Loved the environment for kids to learn golf. I wish the instructors had given my son a little more input on instruction, but he definitely learned the etiquette of the game..
Great coach and leadership.
The format is perfect for both beginners and more experienced players.
My son enjoyed every moment of the Jr. PGA. It was well organized, great people, and really fun!
Great way for kids to test their abilities against their peers. Excellent way to meet other kids that share the passion for golf.
Great experience for my son. He enjoyed it. Just the right level of competition and fun. Only recommendation I have is to make rules more well known. Can teams play with 3 kids? If so, do they rotate through or all play? What about swings and misses? Getting more kids into the game is awesome but when one kid swings and misses 20 times pick it up and get moving. Pace of play is also important...
I like the team aspect
It allows the kids to compete on a team level. Therefore supporting one another in the game.
That an older kid and younger kid can team up. The older kid can help the younger one learn the game. After, the kids love to talk about how they played. Fun listening tell each other how they did.
The respect from the kids are incredible, it seems like every kids that I have spoken to has responded back to me with well manners. They work hard at this game and I can see that they all wanted to win during the matches, which to me it’s awesome thing to watch. Most of all the coaches are great role model to these kids and I also want to thank the PGA Junior League for making it possible for all of the wonderful juniors to have a chance to play this game.
Course course and staff were great . Has some issues with sports engine site but loved everything else
Great learning experience
Every participant gets to play and learn
It’s not super competitive. It lets kids learn without feeling tremendous pressure.
