The haircut is great and the overall experience was also great. I really enjoyed the conversation with my stylist, as I do with all the stylists. This is where I go for all my haircuts and I appreciate the notes that ensure a similar haircut no matter the date/stylist.

Your people keep records of how I want my haircut. When I go in, they already know how I want my haircut and if you get the same person every time it’s always the same cut, which is nice.

Everything about the experience was positive. The stylist, Kenzie, was available at almost exactly the time the pre-check said she would be so there was little wait time, she was engaging and personable and provided the cut requested. The MVP treatment took it over and above what I've experienced anywhere else.

This was my 1st time to Sports Clips. I'm a senior & received a mailer & coupon from Sports Clips for a free cut & MVP treatment. The Manger told me about the program, consulted with me on what I wanted. Gave me a nice cut & I enjoyed the MVP treatments. She showed me the products she used...Shampoo & Hair Product although I don't recall the product brands (What were they?). In any case, I was happy with the cut & service & would come back again & would refer to others as well. Ps: I appreciated that you have a senior pricing scale. That's all helpful...Thx...
