Always very helpful. Go out of their way to find a solution. Sometimes if it is something small they don't charge, which is not expected but is appreciated. Recently had to get a part replaced. They happened to have a spare one in the shop that was left over from something so gave it to me cheap.

Jason and the team are very knowledgeable about the bikes and accessories. They are extremely friendly towards people so you feel like you are talking to a friend rather than a salesman. They are quick and efficient and nothing seems a problem for them.
