Waiting time is not accurate. It showed 40 minutes for next available but i got in around 10 min.

Since I had a REALLY bad experience at the Indian Trail store and decided to stop having my hair cut there or anywhere that was a SportsClips for that matter!

Running errands today and in a bad need of a hair cut, it had been 3 months since my last one. I decided to give the Sport Clips another try in Matthews. I had gone there before the Indian Trail store opened up. I switched because of convenience only. I was happy for a long time there but the last hair cut I got there was terrible. One could say my hair was longer in Boot Camp! ! !

Anyway, stopping in I saw Kelly was there and she had cut my hair at the IT store and it was fine. I was relieved and she was great. I walked out very pleased and very happy with her cut and everything. Most of all, my wife was pleased with the results!

Thanks to Kelly, you guys got me back as a devoted customer BUT only at the Matthews Store. A little further to drive, but well worth it as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Kelly ! ! ! ;-)
