The whole staff was kind and welcoming to my timid 2 year old there for the first time. Candace did an awesome job cutting my sons hair while he wiggled around and buried himself into me! Thanks all!

Very welcoming environment when you either schedule online and check in or check in right in the store. Not a long wait and fast process. The Matthews, NC team really understands the customers needs and gets things done right the first time. Moe, the manager always takes care of me and is beyond the best. I will continue to make the drive across town to get my hair at this sports clips. Many Thanks to there staff and will see you guys in the future!

I wish I remembered the lady’s name who did my son’s haircut. She was incredibly sweet and kind to my son who is on the spectrum.

I liked that you could book from an app as well as at the terminal in the shop. I liked getting the notification as to when I was next. I was happy with the service the stylist gave me and like my haircut.

Amazing. Courtney did such a great job. Took her time looked at my hair at different angels her MVP was great I had to get a second one. One of my best experance I've had in a long time. Ill be driving 30 min out of my way to go to her every time.
