Talented staff

The Matthews NC Sports Clips has become a favorite. The service is always excellent. I have three sons, one with special needs. Even when we moved closer to another sports clips, after trying them we went back. Again, the service in Matthews is excellent. A special thank you to Erica (Manager), Rosa, Eve, and Ashley as they have always taken extra care to listen to my wife about the boys haircuts, to take time with the boys and be willing to work around the special needs my oldest has.

Products we have purchased some based on request and need. They do exactly what they said they did. They work. Pricing was fine.

Kelly was the best stylist ever! She really listened to me and she was not afraid to do my hair even though my hair is textured! She ask me b4 trimming if the amount was ok. Very professional, gracious and all around good manners. Very impressed with her!!!!! Also she trimmed my hair straight as an arrow just what I wanted. Please put her on the employee of the month board!!!!!☺️

The stylist, Kelly, did a great job on my hair. I was really in need of a haircut, long overdue. She was personable and professional and represented Sportclips in the best possible manner.

Waiting time is not accurate. It showed 40 minutes for next available but i got in around 10 min.
It’s good that i got served early but looking at 40 min could have changed mymind.

Evelyn was my stylist for my last visit. Very good experience. I will return to this location. Great hair products also.
