She has been relocated to the Hickory Great Clips and I now travel 35 miles for Stephanie to trim my beard and long hair. I am 72 and retired from the restaurant business and really like that personal experience Stephanie can teach her co- workers at the Hickory location how to build that lasting relationship to their customers. Repeat business is the key to success for them and their entire store.

I had my haircut and informed the hairdresser that I wanted my haircut in a specific way. She said “the customer gets what the customer wants.” But when the hair cut was done. I’m very displeased because the left side of my hair was arched while the right side was straight as I wanted. I requested I didn’t want sideburns but she faded it instead.
I enjoyed the conversation but I’m hesitant of going back unless Kelly does my hair. I just wish she works more on the weekends.
