I like the ability to schedule appointments on the app, so when I arrive I don’t have to wait. I can also schedule Anna, who has cut my hair several times now, and is always so professional and pleasant to talk with.
The app makes it easy and convenient to schedule appointments. When you arrive, they quickly get you in the chair for your haircut. They also have notes from your previous visit to assure they provide consistent quality service.

My son and I especially liked Arica, she was so sweet and highly efficient and talented in her skills. We were in the shop the day before and while waiting which turned into an hours wait another stylist took forever in between each client, greater of 20 minutes which we needed up leaving without being seen. I spoke with Arica before leaving and she ensured that we had an appointment for the next day and apologized for her co worker and was just absolutely amazing.

I like the MVP plan. But n my last visit the stylist rushed and I feel that I didn’t get the full experience. Almost forgot the hit towel only used massager in one side. Don’t really style my hair after the cut. It’s usually a great experience but was a little disappointed on my last visit.
