My stylist, Morgan does a fantastic job! She is friendly , professional and fun to visit with when i come in. My hair is, challenging-but she offers advice and product suggestions. I visit the Biltmore Park location in Asheville, NC.

My go to hair cutter is Tylisa but it has been hard to connect with her due to her recently reduced hours. I have had to change where I get my hair cut many times over the past 24 hours and if I cannot regularly schedule with Tylisa due to reduced hours, I may have to go elsewhere to get my hair cut. I have other family members who also use Tylisa and we would if necessary find an alternate hair cutting establishment if she is not given more regular hours. I think the management of this store is making a big mistake in cutting her hours. She regularly has longer wait times than the other hair cutters and for good reason.
I’m liking the whole concept and set up. I’m a first time customer. The app seems easy to use and I like the idea of having access to a waitlist. The stylist I had was professional and friendly. I will be back.

I like that I can schedule a haircut on line. This is important because I am a very busy person and do not waiting in line for long lengths of time to get something done. I would much rather make an appointment and fit it into my day when needed. I have found that I really like Kelly at the Spots Clips in Mooresville, NC. She does a great job cutting my hair the way I ask and is always so welcoming and bright. I'm a big fan of bing able to get my hair washed after the haircut, if I choose to, I'm not a big fan of walking around with itchy hair on me for the rest of the day. The establishment is always clean and well taken care of. It's my go to spot for haircuts.
I appreciate the staff. 3 of them have cut my hair on different occasions and I am always happy with the outcome. The location is convenient and I get in and out often choosing the MVP experience. Mary, Anna and Bess are all great team players of Sport Clips!

I have been patronizing the Sport Clip store in Greenville, NC for approximately four years. I like the convenient scheduling, the cleanliness of the store, the pleasant staff and the sports theme. All of the stylists are pleasant and competent. I have even brought my young grandchildren in for haircuts when they are here visiting and even the youngest have been treated respectfully and pleasantly.
I think that Jasmine, who serves as the lead stylist, store manager and a great ambassador for the Sport Clips company is in large part what makes this local store great! From having owned and operated businesses over many years, I understand the great value that smart, motivated, responsible, skilled and loyal employees bring to a company, and I would not hesitate to say that the Sport Clips company has a highly valuable employee in the person of Jasmine. While many clients would miss her if she ever moved on from the local store, I believe that her skills and talents will one day be recognized and she will be given the opportunities that she deserves for advancement into positions of higher responsibility, either within the Sport Clip company or within a different company. I firmly believe that Sport Clips would be remiss in overlooking her potential value to the company at a corporate level. To begin with, she is an outstanding stylist and therefore, understands well the core company business. Further, she understands and embraces the company's business model. In her capacity as the store manager, I am impressed at how efficiently and pleasantly she manages the store and staff. She is an exemplary salesperson, and indefatigable promoter of the company's products and offerings. She never fails to be pleasant, professional and courteous to the clients. She appears to be a good and fair manager of the employees. Today for the first time, I had the opportunity to directly observe her training a new stylist and saw what a good teacher she is and how knowledgeable and experienced she actually is in hair styling techniques.
In closing, I do not know Jasmine personally, other than from my experience of being a patron of the local store and a client of hers for approximately four years. My reason for this feedback regarding the local store and Jasmine is that I understand how companies can benefit when they are able to identify their highly valuable employees and in turn, I believe that smart, motivated, responsible, skilled and loyal employees such as Jasmine, deserve to be considered for advancement opportunities within a company accordingly.
