Tenaya provided a great experience. Upon arrival, she read the notes from my previous cut and used her expertise to provide a suggestion for something slightly different. I took her up on that, and she executed perfectly. She was pleasant and professional throughout. After the cut, she gave me a run-down on some of the products that Sport Clips provides, such as the Statement line. I would highly recommend.
The tea tree shampoo/conditioner massaged into my scalp very relaxing.

Good consistent quality cuts and almost always, very professional staff. Clean stores. The new chairs in some of the stores are very comfortable. Keep upgrading the chairs as you can.
