I like and go to all the Zumba clases and the Wednesday Cardio Kick class.
Love Fitness Over 50, and Silver Sneakers Circuit...but....we need to get up at 6:00 am to hold a place in the classes.....it's always the same people, you need to make it easier to sign up!!!

I especially like classes taught by Kristie. She is easy going, upbeat and nice to everyone. Considerate of all and a pleasure to be in her class.
So much variety
I use only the workout area except the weight room. A large selection of weight machines and aerobic equipment. The area is kept very sanitized thanks to Jean and the facility is very clean. I truly appreciate the friendliness of the entire staff.

We like this branch of the Y. It’s always clean, and they do a very good job of sanitizing the machines.
Everyone is so friendly and professional and the place couldn't be any cleaner. You offer a wide variety of exercise options.
*Only thing, sometimes the pool is pretty cold (you can leave this part out if sharing my statement). One lady said, "it was nice of them to melt the ice for us". :)
I enjoy the senior aqua exercise for arthritis. Great rapport when the ladies get together.. k like being able to reserve time in the deep end to exercise at zero stress on legs and ankles keeping suspended with foam water belts. I feel do much better being active as I can. Hope it doesn't close down agsin.

The classes are great and very creative! I always feel like I get a good workout. The Y has also done a great job with distancing and sanitation to keep everyone safe.
I like the variety of machines in the fitness area, the pickleball when available and the classes.

The facility is fantastic. The YMCA have excellent instructors and a warm staff.
I came back for one class. I could tell that you were trying very hard to keep the gym and facilities clean. It's good to see that there are classes. Unfortunately because of the virus there really isn't enough of a selection for me. But a lot more then other gyms.
