We enjoy going back and using the hot tub and pool again. My wife is active in the many exercise classes and the staff is great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The personal approach that each instructor takes to making sure that you are getting the best out of your work out, adjusting and modifying to your level and needs, and making sure that you remain safe throughout. The friendly attitude makes the Y team not just our instructors, but lifestyle coaches and partners. Going to the Y gives me strength, and focuses on my wellbeing as much as my physical fitness!
