I like the people - workers - they are very friendly and helpful. Some of the guests are rude - especially when we were allowed back in and I wore a mask and women on either side of me - with some distance - were laughing at me because I was wearing a mask and they were not - this upset me greatly. Just came back this past week. Much better so far.
My family joined a few months ago, and we should have joined sooner! The exercise classes are very professional and the aqua classes are amazing! We have nothings but positive experiences , everyone is so friendly and nice, what a great place to work out!

They are very well run and the instructors are very personable and know their format. I was very happy to finally try the Y after a long stay at home due to the virus. Keep up the good work!

Love the pool. You could make reservations a lot simpler if you had an online program that members could use to reserve Hillcrest Y has one and it is so easy to use. and would encourage people to sign up - I am sure it would boost attendance.
Love the North Royalton YMCA and all the people that work there.
It’s a welcoming facility with a friendly staff . Kristie is an inspiring instructor who makes the classes fun.

I only use the gym at this time but as restrictions lessen, I look forward to the use of the pool and possibly some of the exercise programs.
