It's a great place to work or swim. They have many classes. Spinning etc.

The staff -- always pleasant, patient, and helpful.
The pool -- great water!
The machines -- always clean and people are pretty good about cleaning up afterwards.

A great time to interact with ladies with same medical problems I have. I really need the activity I can get while having laughs with friends... The Y offers convenient times fitting into my schedule..

Love, love your group exercise program BUT....CALLING AT 6AM TO RESERVE A SPOT IS GETTING OLD!!!!!!! NEEDS TO CHANGE, WE NEVER HAD ISSUES BEFORE WHEN IT WAS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!

great number of classes both dry land and in the pool to satisfy large number of people from beginner to advanced. Lap swim times and lanes and generous. Staff are friendly and try to get to know you, but also professional. Also safety conscience

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the classes offered- spinning, RIP, power-sculpt. I also liked when the painting classes were offered. Instructors are almost like family to me. I don’t know what I would do without my y!
