Denise is a wonderful instructor who is helping me stay healthy in my late thirties. I recommend all her classes and think she’s great! The facility is also well kept and folks are friendly.

Great pool and workout facilities. However, I still have not received my $50 rebate. I was promised a $50 rebate if I checked into the Y a set amount if times during the first few months.
