there are program for all level of strength and age. also there are many choice of exercise equipments. the track and swimming facilities are also great.

You are very helpful to older members and the classes available for older people are very helpful. The workout machines are modern and also easy to use (don’t need to be an IT person to use). Your employees are very nice and the Y is clean and sanitized a lot

The front desk people were really nice usually when I go into a different ymca I expect FBI Integration like questioning and a hard time. They were really nice and thanked me and my mom for coming to visit, will definitely return.

Family of 4: there is a nice variety for the adults. We don't use the children's activities. Zumba is my new favorite thing, and I can do it in the evenings after work, which is the only time I'm available. We use the equipment, too, and we like the variety for all of us there. I run and stair climb, and my husband and daughter use the bikes. I have a teen that doesn't like exercise but she says Zumba isn't "as bad" as working out ;)
