I have used the track, tread mill and a few machines and have gone to water walking and water exercising classes since joining the Y, after knee replacement. It has really helped me to restore my confidence in walking and balance. I plan on trying some other classes. I wish there was a weight loss group.
I love the pool. I also attend some of the exercise classes. A beautiful building with great friendly people.
Swimming lap lane availability.
I enjoy the senior yoga classes (particularly with Kristie), and the availability of the walkin/running track.
Pickle ball facility is awesome

All kinds of equipment and it’s quiet,
I just use the weights and machines. I don't participate in classes.
i love the open hours for swimming.
As far as the classes I love Vicki she is so welcoming and i really enjoy her classes.
