I just use the track but mostly the exercise bikes. Your facility doesnt play music.

Could you spread out the exercise bikes....too many people talk to one another there and I want it quiet so I can concentrate.

It's a great facility. Weights, walking track, pool, and rooms for different activities.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I joined the YMCA with two goals in mind, to continue my habit of walking 5 miles a day, even when it is too icy to make walking outdoors safe, and to work on developing a little more upper body strength. Well, it has been an icy winter here, so I have had many opportunities to use the walking/jogging track at the YMCA. When I visit the YMCA for my daily walk, I take the opportunity to use some of the workout equipment towards goal number two. So far, I am very happy with my experiences at the YMCA.

It is an amazing facility with everything I need. The people are incredibly kind and helpful. It also has child care room.
