The Pool,the group exercise,the facilities,the instructors, cleanliness,bathrooms and the location I feel safe
The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is a perfect fit with what we were looking for. The only request is that general cleaning of the facility gets more attention. The garbage can outside the door is often overflowing. The dusting on horizontal surfaces needs executed such as on top of the cubbies, the lower rail of the walking track guardrails, and window sills all around the facility. Thanks!

I really liked this facility. The exercise machines are new and it’s very clean.
The big drawback is the sauna. It’s not hot enough. This could be due to the gaps around the door that’s allowing the hot air to escape. I brought in a sauna temperature gage and it only got up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It needs to be at least 170 degrees.
I like the bus trips for seniors. I always have a great time and can’t wait till the next one. The people that are in charge of the program especially Kristi from North Royalton does a excellent job.
It appears as though the elliptical machines and treadmills are new, they work great. I also like the new weight lifting equipment that was recently installed.

Quality
We like everything. The organization is very well run, and everyone is friendly and most importantly, respectful of others.
We like the front desk people and the housekeeping people there are really outstanding human beings. We go virtually every day so are quite familiar with the layout and staff. All we can say is keep up the good work.

I don't attend programs or activities. I use the facility to exercise
I enjoy the group classes, open swim, and the new pickleball facility. The staff is friendly courteous and willing to guide you through the facility. Plenty of fun activities to enjoy all year long. I highly recommend the YMCA.
