I like all the lifting equipment thats available. I do wish there was someone I could consult with about training and dieting, but outside that the Y is great

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Lakewood YMCA has programs that appeal to every age group, including the toddler babysitting room to entertain the young ones while Mom and Dad workout, a variety of youth sports and fun evening events, great classes for young adults and plenty of variety for the senior group. Every year they add something new, which shows they listen to what their membership needs and wants. Kudos to a great management team and wonderful staff.

I like the nice spacious gym. I just wish hours were extended to 10 p.m., as I believe had been the plan before the pandemic.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

As a homeschool mom, I like that there is open gym and open swim time. I also like that there is childcare available so I can work out and my kids are taken care of. I like that there are sports clubs offered as well.
