As I’m still trying to recover from years of surgeries and difficult physical conditions, I just use the workout room! I enjoy the freedom of open equipment, usually uncrowded and helpful staff whenever called upon 🙏🏼👏🏻

I love the Y. The group exercise programs are so motivating, and I love all the programs they offer. The gym is always hopping and plenty of great equipment to use. I recommend to all my neighbors.

Lakewood Family YMCA second floor room for Silver Sneakers classes. And my instructors, Andrea, Suzy and Cindy.
I love the available childcare. Being able to drop the kids off and get a workout done has been so great. The weight room is nice too, has everything you need to get a decent lift in.
I mainly use the gym facilities and there is really nice equipment. Machines are always available. The pool is also really nice. Staff is always welcoming
Yoga,
I love the Silver Sneaker classes. The teachers are great and the workouts are wonderful.
Pickle ball primarily. I would go to the gym also, but have one in the basement.

Even after the pandemic there is a variety of activities/classes for all levels and ages. The facility is clean and well care for.
