I love the variety of programs available to me. The friendly welcome at the front desk makes it seem like home.
I am a senior participant and there are many activities offered to keep me engaged and coming back. The instructors encourage us to challenge ourselves while letting us move at our pace. No Pressure, No Shame, No Guilt. Thank You

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am thankful for the trained, qualified, compassionate instructors of the Group Fitness sessions (Silver Sneakers); the family-like, authentic environment; staff at the desk are wonderful, and often have to wear the hat of a counselor, pivot to the needs of the those who require time/ extra attention and have questions. THE STAFF NAViGATE THEIR WORK WITH PATIENCE, KINDNESS, EFFICIENCY AND OF COURSE HUMOR! THANK YOU!!
