The y has been a great place for me to workout at. I like the silver sneakers program the y offers for seniors..also the once a month luncheon the y I attend provides it gets seniors the option of meeting with other seniors. It usually has a speaker that bring presentation on differ topics for seniors. The staff is also very helpful.

The YMCA is definitely family friendly and it’s always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Coaches on the Basketball staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they teach the kids great basketball fundamentals and leadership skills, plus the kids learn it’s not all about winning.
They are well planned and help my mobility.
Ester’s senior class is fun and vital to my health. I use the treadmill in the exercise room as well.

I love the scheduling and availability of everything at this y. Really makes it easy for me to get by and use the pool and exercise equipment when I need to. The facility really feels like it’s part of the community. To that end I really want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. They really make me feel welcomed with their friendly kind words and support for what’s going on. Really just can’t say enough nice things about the people, the facility, and the community it creates.
You always feel welcomed and encouraged. Its a no judgement facility.

You can sign up for things that interest you. Any activities or exercises that you attend you are encouraged to work at your pace and abilities. Most exercises are modified for your convivence.
There are trips you can take that you may not get a chance to go and experience.
