Many options for “active adults “ at various times. All are great workouts. Instructors are knowledgeable and fun. They vary the routines so I never get bored. I know there are other activities besides the workout classes and I might look into them sometime in the future.

Love the Aqua Zumba. Fun and great exercise.
I split my visits between my local Westpark Y and the French Creek Y. Both are great with their treadmills and weight machines. What I really like about the French Creek Y is their rubber running track. Very comfortable to walk/run on.

French Creek YMCA is the best. I have taken many classes (aqua aerobics, cycling, all types of yoga, pickelball,etc). The instructors modify to various levels. They are amazing! Members are friendly and provide encouragement. I love this Y!

There is any kind of exercise that you need. The rec pool is great. The employees are very helpful.
Now that I'm in my seventy it's important to keep active.I enjoy the silver sneakers and cardio dance.I tried your Zumba but it's not the same.I did it 5 days a week and it was great in Texas but I'm finding different things to keep me busy.Thank you.
I like all the different fitness machines you have to choose and you never have to wait to use any of them.. All the staff their are very nice and helpful when you have a question or problem..
I love that you are more than a gym workout place. You offer so much more. The pool is amazing swim lessons great and all of the classes like spinning,yoga,many dance movement or strength building classes. I am able to try a few different classes to see what helps me get into better shape. The kids watch space and children classes and programs are fantastic. Truly a family fitness facility. We are blessed to have such a new and exciting facility here in Avon with so many diverse activities for the whole community

Gym equipment and indoor walking track are very nice amenities. I like the resistance bands on the equipment rather than weights like some other facilities. Love the pools, but lack of lifeguards during winter months is troublesome.
Private lessons and the day care for the kids when i need to workout
Yoga classes are top notch. Instructors are well trained and they share motivational messages and change their classes every week. The instructors are so personable and professional.
