What do you like about our programs and activities?

Gym equipment and indoor walking track are very nice amenities. I like the resistance bands on the equipment rather than weights like some other facilities. Love the pools, but lack of lifeguards during winter months is troublesome.

Yoga classes are top notch. Instructors are well trained and they share motivational messages and change their classes every week. The instructors are so personable and professional.

The group fitness class are amazing! From dance, yogo, strengthen training and aqua Zumba this gym has a lot more to offer then most gyms I've had memberships too. Definitely worth it.
