I love the class
Your staff is second to none
The aquasize for AOA...and strength and tone with Phyllis...I enjoy her class very much and look forward to it every Tuesday and Thursday! YMCA bus trips are reasonably priced and I can always find at least one leg of a trip that I really want to experience...the other legs are icing on the cake!!

I appreciate all the opportunities for the Active Older Adults. I use the machines on the floor and attend Silver Sneakers, Chair Yoga, and an Arthritis Class. My husband and I also join many of the trips you offer.
GREAT instructors, starting with Roula. Also, Amanda, Jan, & Phyllis are the best at getting us to work our heart, arms & legs. They cover it all.
First off the staff is always so very nice and accommodating! I prefer to do my own thing whether in the big pool or upstairs in the workout area. I do aqua jogging and upstairs I use the machines or the walking track.

I like the AOA programs and bus trips. Loni Beverly does a fantastic job at coordinating all these activities. Kudos to Kathy McLean for assisting on the bus trips - she is a treasure.

Gstaffreat variety of activities and wonderful
I have belonged to a number of Y's and health clubs over the years, and this Y is easily the best. Obviously, it helps that your facility is newer and bigger than most Y's, but it is more than that. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are a ton of programs for older folks. Your Y is also by far the cleanest health club facility I've ever belonged to.
For me personally, I love the fact that there are a lot of open times for lap swimming. Having the second indoor pool (for water aerobics, etc.) really helps to keep lanes open for lap swimming. I have only had to wait for a lane once in the last 7 months (and that was only 5 minutes).

I enjoy the morning classes for Silver sneakers, and fitness and also the yoga classes. Everyone does a great job and I really enjoy the three years that I have been coming to them.
