Senior activities, wide range of abilities, flexible times.
Enjoy the classes and instructors.
good classes at a good price.
There are alot of people sitting on exercise machines playing with their phones or just doing nothing. People treat walking track as an observation area or walk side by side when track is busy. Maybe post some more signage.Everything else is great
We're in our seventies, so we really enjoy your bus trips.
I like that there are early morning times for the pool.
Very enjoyable and beneficial. Good hours on weekdays. Could open earlier on weekend.

I think group exercise is such a fantastic way for our community to stay active and healthy while also being social! Our Y offers programs for all age groups and fitness levels which is amazing! No matter who you are or where you are at in your fitness journey, our Y is sure to have a class that will suit you and make you feel comfortable. I love our YMCA, all of the team members and all my friends building a healthier future beside me.
The Aquafit classes with Gail and Zumba with Angie.
There is child care available while working out.
Great free, included classes when joining.
Many offerings for various ages and interests.
Water aerobics
Pool schedule and programs
Early morning classes. Fits nicely with my 8-5 work schedule. It would be great if you could offer a 5:30am body pump on Wednesday mornings.
Phyllis, Jessica, Danielle, Jan, Amanda B., and Amanda M. all have good classes. The Senior Strength Fitness class probably is aptly named, but the content/exercises are quite variable from week to week at least in part because of the use of multiple instructors. The gym is clean as usual. I am not sure why the men's locker room is cleaned so often since there is never a similar sign for the woman's locker room. The trip/activity schedule is extensive.
Intergenerational and multi cultural connections along with multifaceted physical activities.
The equipment is great, as are the exercise programs. I have made many friends at the French Creek YMCA.
They are diverse. Many options for health.
