Hello! We really love that Dogtopia staff is so thoughtful about how they manage the dogs’ behaviors. Wally is a very energetic puppy that has a tendency to mount other dogs. After successfully sending him to Dogtopia for several daycare sessions, we had to take a break because he needed to be neutered. After neutering, we tried out a different (less expensive) daycare that was highly recommended by a couple of friends. The first day, he came home absolutely wound up even though he had been at the facility for a full day. The second day, I actually witnessed a staff member repeatedly screaming his name and then kicking a large piece of outdoor play equipment. I immediately notified the front desk staff and took Wally home. I ended up getting a phone call from the owner whom defended the actions of his employee and told me she was screaming at him for mounting another dog and that, yes, she kicked the piece of play equipment but it wasn’t AT Wally. He explained that Wally mounting was a show of dominance and the staff member was trying to get him to extinguish the behavior. I was so upset I didn’t know if we should ever take him to any daycare again. I wondered if Wally was just too much for a daycare setting to handle. But, we decided to head back to Dogtopia (with our fingers crossed) because Wally really does love socializing and we were hopeful to have another good experience. While Wally has only had 1 visit back, Ben and I were both able to check in via the camera and could see that he was being handled in a very positive, constructive manner. We love that Dogtopia lines the room with crates and uses them as needed - this is absolutely what Wally needs! When I checked in on him towards the end of the day, he wasn’t even attempting to mount any of the other dogs anymore. And he comes home from Dogtopia happily exhausted. I believe this is because not only is he able to play all day, but he is being taught what behaviors are acceptable and unacceptable in a group setting and it wears him out to be learning so much! Dogtopia is worth every penny. Thank you so much for taking care of our pup.

I love how you do cute events for the puppers and parents to get involved with! The photo shoots are adorable and I really love being able to see my pup on the webcams to see how her day is going.

I love the coaches and staff at Dogtopia! You know instantly when you walk into the building they love their job and love all the dogs that come for the day. I have sent my dog to Dogtopia for daycare and boarding and I know he is cared for by the best!

They don't breed discriminate! The coaches are happy people and clearly love the dogs and love their jobs. And my dog gets so excited to get there in the mornings. This is great for helping my dog learn better social skills and get more exercise when I have long days. It is a great looking and smelling facility. The web cams to check in on the dogs help put my mind at ease. And the dogs always look like they're having such great days. Super grateful I found them, my 102 lb staffie loves it there.

Dogtopia was quick to get us scheduled for a meet and greet as well as a grooming, in a pandemic impacted world where not a lot of places are taking new clients.

The groomer worked with Sparky to get him looking spiffy while caring for his comfort level, and used some kind of shampoo that still smells great a week later!

I was very impressed with Lucy’s first day.

As soon as I called, asking if some more attention could be paid to Lucy by way of trying to pick her up, it was done. I had noticed Lucy watching the other dogs interact with the coach, and wanted Lucy to have the same experience, even though she typically doesn’t like to be held. But there she was, watching other dogs being picked up, and so she ended up having what turned out to be a positive experience. I love that I can see Lucy on the webcam and that Dogtopia staff were so immediately receptive to my request.

I love bringing our dog Henry to daycare! The staff are always extremely friendly and excited to see him each week! It’s a quick & easy drop off & pick up! I’m so thankful for everyone at Dogtopia! I love the great staff at Dogtopia and the variety of activities that are offered to the pups. Bear always comes home tired!

Our dog is so happy and well worn out! I love watching her enter the room and say hi to her friends, I love the activities and photos, and particularly how much the staff loves our dog.

My dog is always so excited when I drop him off in the morning. The special events and photo opportunities are so cute and fun. The grooming services have been great and my dog is so much more comfortable here than at places I've taken him previously. This has improved his socialization skills with other dogs and he gets great exercise!
